1. The sale of grafted PBR protected Quandong trees is subject to strict terms and conditions.

2. Quorn Quandongs reserves the right to refuse sales to persons without giving any reasons for doing so.

3. No order of fewer than 50 trees will be accepted at this time.

4. Bulk orders will attract discounts depending on the size of the order.

5. Due to the pioneering nature of this propagation process Quorn Quandongs reserves the right to reduce the order size of any client should for any reason the propagation programme result in fewer successfully grafted trees than planned.

6. All produce, fruit and/or nuts, which any client wishes to sell commercially must be first offered to Quorn Quandongs at a Fair Market Price. Should the client be able to show evidence of a genuine offer of a better price from another source, Quorn Quandongs reserves the right to match that price and purchase the produce.

7. Clients will be able to use any produce they grow for their own use or for use by a corporate entity in which they can demonstrate they have a substantial interest.

8. Buyers whose orders are accepted in this first year of offer will be given preferential options to purchase trees in future years.

9. A comprehensive information sheet covering orchard preparation, planting out and post planting management will be supplied to clients whose orders are confirmed.

10. Personnel from a consultancy company contracted by Quorn Quandongs will visit clients to offer advice, at no charge, on orchard layout and management systems if requested by the client. The costs of all transport, meals and accommodation would be required to be met by the client.

11. General advice will be available from this company to clients of Quorn Quandongs for the first three years after tree purchase and from then on for the duration of any ‘sale of produce’ dealings between Quorn Quandongs and the client. If clients require more assistance than the above, the consultant company will if requested enter into a Support Contract, - the terms of which would be negotiated on a case by case basis.

12. All advice given at any time or on any subject by the Directors or Staff of Quorn Quandongs P/L will be given strictly on the basis of ‘all care – no responsibility’.
